Undergraduate courses: “Electromagnetic Devices”, “Electronic Instrumentation”, “Principles of Measurement Theory”, “Electromagnetic Fields”, “Transmission Lines and Distributed Systems”, “Dynamic Systems”, “Antennas”.

Academic responsibility for “The Frederick and Alice Kotek Laboratory for Magnetic and Electronic Systems.”, where he supervises Doctorate, Master and Fourth year Project students.

**Administrative
Activities**

Has recently served as one of the two Comptrollers of the Israeli committee of URSI. General responsibility for "The Frederick and Alice Kotek Laboratory for Magnetic and Electronic Systems. Served as a member of the Departmental Committee for Service Courses. Served as a member of the departmental appointment committee.

Participated in several administrative duties, amongst them: Membership in the Faculty of Engineering Science committees for Teaching, General Studies, and in the Budget Committee. Served as a member of the Faculty of Engineering Science Committee for Selecting Senior Visitors. Membership in several departmental committees. Served in 1997 as chairman of the search committee for electing a new departmental head. Served frequently in the departmental teaching committee, and was its chairman. Was head of the departmental committee for graduate studies. Was head of the departmental external relations committee. Was head of the departmental graduate-bulletin committee. Was member of the departmental seminar committee. Served several times as an advisor to graduate and undergraduate students. **Research Activities**

His main research activity is in the field of Magnetic and Electronic Systems and Instrumentation. Investigated and continues to investigate systems for magnetic levitation, oscillations in electromechanical systems, parametric oscillations, sensors for translations and vibrations, theory of precise oscillators, nonlinear oscillations, coupled oscillator systems, chaotic oscillations, periodic function generators, simplified modelling of synchronous generators, magnetic liquids, non-destructive testing of ferromagnetic materials, magnetometry, development of magnetometers employing nonlinear ferromagnetic materials, viewing magnetometers in the light of antenna theory, electric field sensors (especially ULF and DC sensors) and associating them with antenna theory, Employment of magnetometry for searching hidden ferromagnetic objects, The duality that relates magnetic noise to electric shot noise and its possible applications (Possible relationship to nanotechnology).
