Please read the following information carefully before
proceeding to
ICECS 2004 On-line Registration System.

Conference Registration
-
There are two registration periods:
-
Early Registration (Reduced Rate) Period: Before or
on August 8, 2004
-
Late Registration (Higher Rate) Period: After August 8, 2004
-
If payment is not received by the Early Registration
deadline, then the higher Late Registration rate will be applied.

An accepted paper will appear in the
technical program and the proceedings only if at least one of the authors
registers with full payment at non-student rate by the Early Registration deadline. A registration can be
used for up to three papers.

To be eligible for the IEEE special
registration rates, please enter your membership number in the on-line
registration form.
-
To be eligible for the special student rate,
please fax evidence of your status (e.g. Student I.D. Card or Letter from
your University) along with a copy of your "Registration Record" to the
conference fax number:

Non-Student Registration fees include
attendance of all sessions (but not tutorials), 1 banquet dinner ticket,
and 1 CD-ROM proceedings.

Student registration fees do not include the
banquet dinner ticket.

Tutorial Registration

There are 6 half-day tutorials. More
information about tutorials can be found in the
Tutorials section of the conference Web site.

The organizing committee reserves the right
to cancel a given tutorial if the number of registrants for the tutorial
is low. In case of such cancellation, tutorial registration fees will be
refunded in full.
