Purpose:
To recognize excellence in a conference paper contribution
whose primary author is a student.
Basis:
Originality, clarity, and potential impact on practical
applications or theoretical foundations.
Guidelines:
To be eligible

The primary and first listed author must be a full-time student
at the time of original submission (the student must supply proof of their
student status).

The paper must be accepted for presentation at the Conference.

The paper must be presented at the Conference by the student author.
Procedure:
Please submit your paper via
ICECS 2004 On-Line Submission System,
and be sure to indicate in the "student paper" check box that the
submission is a student paper.
Award:
The Award consists of recognition at the ICECS 2004 Conference
Banquet, a certificate, and an award, which will be
announced at the ICECS 2004 Conference.
